This review is for Jenny McAdow, the sales person I've worked with a couple times now.
I try to take care of as much of the car-buying process as possible by email rather than mess around in dealerships for hours on end. Maybe I should stop trying to do this, because in my experience, car sales people are often terrible at email. They come up with all kinds of new and different ways to suck at email. I recently had the internet sales manager at another dealership, in response to me saying "I want to take care of as much as possible by email," tell me he prefers to talk on the phone. You're the INTERNET sales manager!
Anyway, Jenny is a car sales person who knows how to use email. She is smart and competent and knows how to conduct business in a way that's, well, it's like any other normal business type interaction. Which is much more than I can say for the majority of car sales people I've dealt with over the years. She even has a facebook page.
