Starbucks is Starbucks- they no longer stand out individually... corporate chains. My visits here since they've opened their doors range from once a week to four times a week before going to work. It's less now these days as I prefer Bosa. Drive thru time is long which is understandable since I visit during those rush hours heading to work. My two stars isn't just for this- it's the fact that I've had to place complaints to corporate for several issues. One is certainly a health code issue with serving cold steak breakfast burritos. I was only given a $5 credit for this which didn't even cover the full amount I paid for this with tax and not to mention I had to go without breakfast that morning. I've had issues with my gold card and them not correctly adding funds to it or double charging me- these little issues I've looked past even when it ruins my morning and makes me late for work. My drop in attendance is that the price for products isn't worth wild when there's new competitors near by.
