  • Thank you James, and Roto-Rooter! We had a backup on our commercial kitchen drain at our store. We scheduled an appointment early afternoon online not knowing what to expect. Wow, we were surprised at how fast we got a response. We received a call, and an email confirmation that someone would be out around 4:00 that afternoon. We then received another call to confirm that the plumber was on his way. James, the plumber, was both very professional and friendly. He explained everything, and gave us a quote. We also used a $20 coupon that Roto-Rooter had available online. James had it up and running again. I must say we were very impressed with the service from the get go. We will most certainly used you guys again commercially, and at home!!
