  • Recently, I purchased a new shower set up from Central Arizona Supply. The product came with little information or guidance. I reached out to Central Arizona Supply for assistance with general questions, as to whether I had all the parts needed, because it seemed as if I might need a second valve...The man I spoke with on the phone was condescending and rude. I had to call back the next day, and was unfortunate enough to speak with the same man. He answered my questions, but again was condescending. I'm not sure if he speaks to male clients the same way or only females. He was on speaker and my father overheard the conversation, and stated his disgust with the tone I was spoken to by the salesman. Anyone, who is in the process or has remodeled knows the frustration involved. I am a nurse, and would never think to use such a disrespectful tone with a patient. This man is in customer service, and he definitely lacks the personality. In the future, I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this supplier to any of my colleagues.
