  • Only come here, because my insurance has it as the only choice. Every time I come here I am disappointed. The room itself is drab and unwelcoming. Even with an appointment, the wait is long. The reception desk is untended much of the time. (Because the two person staff has to cover the desk as well as draw blood) The staff is friendly enough, but that is not why I came. The staff seem to understand they are seriously understaffed, but what can they do?
