  • I'd suggest going to another dealership and bypassing this one altogether. It took me about 5 hours to get a car. Not the best credit but they were able to help me get a Malibu I wanted. First they tried to put me in a clown car, then a Cruz, then a 05 Malibu which I made clear I didn't want. Finally got the car with an interest rate out of this world but I didn't complain because I needed the car. They even told me my insurance would be lower after I got my car and they would help me find cheaper insurance and send me the rates (which was a lie). literally 2 days later had to take it back because of a bad sound in the engine. They "fixed" it and before I was able to drive off the lot the noise came back even louder. They fixed it a second time, then things seemed to be fine. Got into a accident and discovered there wasn't a spare. Called and the lady says "We don't have to give a spare it's out new policy so there's nothing we can do." After having the car for a few months something happened with my transmission. It was still under warranty so they "fixed" it saying there was a crack somewhere that they replaced the part. I've had issues ever since then. Went back recently to try the trade in trade up program. The sales guy was rude and short and not helpful at all. When I said I was going to leave because of the low trade in value he went to talk to another guy who added $1000 to the value. By that point I was done and left. The ONLY reason I give 2 stars is because of some of the guys in the service department were absolute sweethearts. I went to get a oil change and their customer service was amazing. But overall my experience with them has sucked. Don't settle for less when it comes to a car your paying for.
