  • I love how this place combines the history of the area with a focus on sustainability. There is a great movie explaining the eras the Las Vegas Valley has gone through, animal exhibit, native people area, history of the railroad area, and a traveling exhibit in the Origin museum. There are several events offered here throughout the year from beer festivals to Halloween events to Cultural events. Admission is a bit pricey and it doesn't include everything, but it is a well maintained venue. Take advantage of free admission day if you have a BofA card if you have it.
