  • I am giving Sweetwater 2 stars since it is listed on Yelp under "Dog Friendly Restaurants". Sweetwater is definitely NOT dog friendly. Although they have an outdoor covered patio for dining, they also have picnic tables up near the road by the fence and on gravel, which would be perfect. There is no where in Lake Wylie to go and have a drink with your friends that allows dogs to accompany you, let alone outside dining. A huge drawback to the community and in this case...False Advertisement.
