  • Demolished our cabinet unnecessarily claiming it was wet when in fact it had no (ZERO) water damage. They returned the cabinet in pieces (with the wrong pieces at that). We are disappointed that this company would do something like this to a customer. I also agree with other customers who've noticed ERX is pushy in getting new customer's business. Watch out - this company will try to take advantage of your loss and play on your fears of black mold caused by water damage.
