I have had to venture to this store twice now to have my stroller looked at since this store and Macklem's are the only two stores in the GTA that provide service for the UppaBaby brand. I also think the stroller technician takes cares of other brands since I saw another mom bring in her Bugaboo for a tune-up.
TIP: I just realized that the best person to ask for recommendations on strollers is the tech guy!
Anyway, back to my review of the store:
So, the store is pretty large for an independent baby store. Their website is user friendly and you can browse it first before coming into the store so you won't forget what you've come there for!
They do sell a lot of things that I have not seen at other stores and their prices are competitive.
There is a wide range of strollers that you can test out.
The staff is quite friendly. The stroller guy is also quite nice :)
You can find free parking along the residential side streets.
Unfortunately for me, it is quite a trek - especially with all the construction that is happening in the area. However, I have always walked out of the store with a bag of goodies because it is hard to resist buying baby products - especially products you can't find at your local (but somewhat more accessible and convenient) babies r us - i.e., Dapper Snappers, Tilty Cup, Booginhead Sippy Cup Holder, Munchkin Sippy Straw Cup, etc.
