  • Best staff ever(except 1 grouchy front desk lady at check out)! Front desk Shawn was awesome, house keeping were sweet, welcoming, and accommodating, and the breakfast girl was super friendly and upbeat. I'm not a morning person especially when I'm up at 5:30am and didn't get in until 2am. The sec you walk out the door and pass any staff they are cheery, say hi, and have pep in their step. Room was better than expected, ac was amazing, breakfast was good,the lobby is cool not to mention welcoming, the location is close to everything, and there is tons of parking. The only things making it 4 star are: *they don't have any rooms (not even handicapped )with a shower wand which is RIDICULOUS. *the shower was tiny and the cloth shower curtain stuck to my body when I touched it and leaked on the floor. It's not just me, my Co worker who is a tiny thing had the same issue. *the front desk Lady on our last day (older with light colored page boy bob and glasses I think)was a total grouch. She stared at us like aliens. I was in a black knee length work skirt suit, ballet flats, a button up blouse, and fishnets. My Co worker was in yoga pants and a plain t-shirt because she was smart enough to change before our car ride home. We weren't dressed crazy, loud, or anything . So what? We have body mods and colors in our hair. It's not like we have facial tattoos or dinner plates in our ears or lower lips. We look pretty normal. Maybe she thought we were lesbians and had beef with that. Who knows. Even if we were hardcore lesbian kissing in the lobby or literal circus acts it's her job to be welcoming and not just stare at us then walk away. Either way everything and everyone was awesome except for her and the shower. Will stay again !
