| - I spent so much time on the phone talking to "customer service" (terrible experience, they were so unprofessional). I bought a couch and a dresser for a total of $2,084.15. The couch was "sold as is" and was delivered in good conditions. The dresser was supposed to be brand new. The "brand new" dresser had so many scratches, there is a scratch bigger than my own hand. I took pictures and sent them, email and text, to my sales person "Chris Castillo". The couch and dresser were delivered on a Saturday and on Monday I had already sent the pics (2 days after receiving the furniture). He told me that everything was taken care of, he talked to customer service and said that I would be getting a call from them to receive a partial refund or to exchange. I kept sending him texts and calling him for about 2 weeks, then out of nowhere he said that he didn't work at that store anymore. I wanted to talk to a manager, was never able to do that, a manager that I only know as "Greg" never answer the phone and never called me back. After spending around $5,000 in that store in the past 2 years I have to say, without a doubt, I will never ever go back. I could've purchased a $25 dresser on craigslist with the same or less amount of scratches instead of the "brand new" dresser that I bought at Walker Furniture" for $248.99.
