Worst customer service ever. I purchased an order online around 8am to pick up at the steelyard Walmart; in the email it said it would be available the same day. I never got an email so I tried calling site to store the following day from 11:30 to 4:30, a day after it was supposed to be available. After calling and being re transferred about 40x (literally) someone finally picked up who said they didn't have it bc it was messed up. I was never notified this;a woman said she would talk to her manager and call me back. I never got a call back and continued to call until I just gave up and went in to the store. The phone continued to ring and approximately 15 different staff walked by (two were actually working at the counter), but never would answer the phone. So after 30 minutes of sitting there while they look for my items behind the counter I decided to search for the item they said they didn't have and found it right away. After 45mins I finally was checked out, but was given no receipt. When I asked for one I was told I didn't need one and to have the auto dpt call them if I had a problem. I tried to leave and was unable to leave the building without the receipt (which I said would be a problem). They try to call and no one answered. I told the guy in the auto department as nicely as I could that I was going on almost an hour of being there to pick up my order and was tired of "waiting". I was getting ready to show my online receipt and he apologized for the inconvenience of the site to store service and just told me to go ahead and leave...I will never do business here again.
