  • Made an appt at 10am for simple oil change with tire rotation.. Checked my car in at 945am.. I was told when I made an appt yesterday that it would take no more than an hour and a half.. It's already 12 and I still haven't received my car.. What's the point of making appointments anymore..nobody cares about customer satisfaction anymore.. I will be late for my other errands now..thanks for the poor service
