No one should have to go through this experience. This was bullying and very unprofessional. How many times has the document review person done this to someone that was afraid to push back? There are items that may not be needed when purchasing a car. The pressure and the person starting to yell when asked question concerning the documents is not how anyone should be treated. No one should be treated this way. My purchase contact was ripped and the top of it is missing. Items that happened during this transaction were sent to the dealer and no response was received. I gave the dealer time to respond.
