rev:text	The negative reviews listed here surprise me. Every single time I need any type of work done to my car, I visit the BP of Cotswold solely because of it's wonderful customer service. My first experience with the shop came one night after my battery died across the street in the Harris Teeter parking lot. A stranger recommended them, and since it was literally right there, I had AAA tow my car to the store where they worked on it early the next morning. They pleasantly and promptly put in the new battery, so I returned. Since then, they often fit me in on the same day when I know they're swamped. Every time I go here cars/customers fill the shop and the parking lot. As far as I know I haven't met the owners, but Ron is always professional and accommodating. As a woman in my mid-20's, I've found that other shops often take advantage of my lack of automobile expertise. When I went for an inspection here last year, the inspector warned me about a minor tire issue that could be a potentially serious issue if I didn't eventually get it fixed. Shortly after, I took my car to Griffin's Auto to get their opinion, and the rep told me it was an urgent repair that would cost $300 or more. A friend who worked in a body shop looked at it for a third opinion, and he agreed with the inspector from BP. I may pay slightly more for an oil change than I would with a coupon for the Valvoline shop across the street, but I know I've been taken care of as I drive down I-77 during rush-hour traffic. And that's a relief.
