  • Look up the definition of scumbags ....you will find it right here at Sierra Ranch Apartments. And DO NOT Believe the BS 5 star fear induced reviews.....TELL THE TRUTH PEOPLE !!! SOCIAL MEDIA DOESN'T LIE! This corporate owner couldn't give 2 shits about you OR your family. MANY....... I repeat MANY of the apartments are BEDBUG INFESTED !!!! The first week my BRAND NEW MATTRESS became infested along with anything close to the neighboring wall. There are MANY more people leaving here.... than moving in...at least a 2 to 1 ratio... I am suing this company for failure to provide a healthy environment and general malaise as well as for damages to my personal belongings. OH...and I almost forgot!!!! The TOW COMPANY that is on the take with the manager, THE SPLIT SECOND your friend or family comes over and parks in the wrong spot the vehicle will end up in a tow yard.... where you have to fight tooth and nail to get your car back.....yes you can call the cops and get it back for FREE...but what a nuisance.......!!! Luckily it never happened to me. I moved OUT just in time!!! The ONLY good thing about this place is the location.... ..otherwise the AZ Department of Real Estate AND the AZ Department of Health should CONDEMN this disgraceful dump and FINE their management to the maximum the law allows!!!
