  • I lived in phase 2 and like all of my neighbors left immediately once my lease was up. None of the original people in that building stayed to my knowledge. I had a similar experience to others who have posted here: bugs everywhere, homeless people wandering into the building and causing trouble (the doors and gates were always left open), the freight train that blares its horn constantly at all hours of the night, and finishings and appliances that looked nice but either didn't work or broke all the time. The neighborhood also isn't great. It's not close to anything and if you want to have friends over they'll have to fight for open street parking and risk getting their cars broken into. Management is nice but generally clueless and will try to charge you extra money for everything. They send out nasty emails all the time about people not picking up after their dogs or being loud and disruptive but even with an on-site "courtesy officer" they never seem to enforce anything and it's just a mess. Overall it's definitely not worth the price. There are way better places in charlotte for way less money.
