rev:text	Words can't describe how thankful I am for Whitney Cuadros and Cari Kibler. On Saturday, January 28th 2017 my friend and I went to look at rings so I could get an idea of what I like while my boyfriend was out golfing for the day. This was our last stop and not realizing we walked in 5-10 minutes before closing time. (Sorry again girls) Cari still greeted us with a smile and we got right down to business. Half way through is when Whitney stepped in and took over. They never once rushed us even though they were closed and both took the time to show me everything and gave me all the information and advice I needed (because coming in I knew nothing...literally) When my friend and I left (hour later) I just knew this was the place and would be bringing my boyfriend here the next day to show him what I found. Sunday, January 29th, 2017 my boyfriend and I returned. Cari greeted us and got out the 3 rings I picked to show my boyfriend but we decided to look at other styles because I wasn't "sold" on the ones I picked. Few rings later I found "the one" I couldn't live without. Whitney stepped in and finished us off and ended up showing us some of the men's wedding bands. We will for sure be back to get his but I left one happy girl and can't wait till he pops the question :D I really hope this company understands what amazing employees they have... I'm HUGE on customer service and if it wasn't for Cari and Whitney who knows if we would have picked this company. One thing my boyfriend and I are big on is budgeting. We walked in knowing the all in price and walked out over budget...I know that sounds crazy..over? That's awful?!? But NO because of how amazing my ring is (no way I was walking out of that place without it being mine) and the customer service Cari and Whitney provided it was totally worth it!!!!! Keeping in mind they wanted to meet our budget never once pushed or pressured us into looking at more expensive rings... going over was all me! (Oops) Thanks to Cari and Whitney you have more life long customers and would recommend this company and working with Cari and Whitney to anyone!!!! Thank you so much girls! :D
