I don't know what the problem is with this store. Their employees are so devoid of the concept of providing quality customer service its amazing the place is still open. But that falls on the store manager who NEVER returns your calls.
The employees in this store run wild like a daycare - they are only concerned about making their commission. Noticed today that - despite the fact that I walked into the store WITH MY MOM and let him know that we were shopping for a phone and new line FOR MY MOM he didn't bother to make sure that the caller id on her phone reflected HER NAME and not mine. I called the store today to discuss this and the best that they could do was ask me to come into the store. Why would I want to do that???? I made THE PHONE CALL for a reason!
There has NEVER been a positive experience at this store - the manager evidently is lazy or could care less and as far as training his people they evidently follow his M.O.
AVOID THE STORE - AVOID A HEADACHE.

Within 15 minutes I received a return call from the store manager. I explained my complaint and he was very, very polite... listened, and didn't interrupt me once! We came to an agreement, he was sincere, and this has restored my opinion about the store manager... not necessarily the employee, but definitely the manager. Thank you J.
