  • Might be hard to review this spot since I've never actually stepped foot inside. My experience comes from having sent two emails and left two telephone messages, all of which went unanswered. I was travelling from San Francisco and needed to purchase an item that could not be carried on the airplane.with me. I was told by a few folks that this was the spot to make my purchase. Well maybe it was and maybe it wasn't since I was never able to actually converse with anyone from the store. I made my purchase at a different establishment, so all was not lost, but apparently this place is either so successful they don't need any additional business and can afford to totally ignore emails and telephone calls, or they just don't give a shit. Either way, I've found a different location to patronize on my frequent trips to Cleveland.
