Pushy sales people. I was interested in buying a road bike to compete in a couple sprint triathlons and the sales person kept pushing for me to purchase a top of the line bike that was $2000. I insisted that I didn't need a bike that was going to cost an arm and a leg that I was only planning on doing a few events. The sales person was more interested in selling me the most expensive bike rather than helping me find a good fit in my comfort zone. I went to Marty's bike shop around the corner, he was very knowledgable and not pushy whatsoever. I walked out with a bike in my price range that is a great fit for me.
