  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! they transfer you from department to department and they do not do anything to help you out. I spent hours with them on the phone the past month, employees are very rude and they do not care. my first year with them was good , after I transferred the service to a new house they increased the price by almost 20 dollars without letting me know until they sent me the contract by email. After I called them they said the had to add more things and the area I live in charged more, so I was like fine as long as my kids are safe. They left the alarm on silent, I had a security jump from the back yard inside my house because they got the signal the alarm was on but my mother could not hear it because it was silent. The security scared my mother that was home alone with my kids. I called adt and they fixed that. A few weeks later we went to sleep after we turned on the alarm with the from sliding door open. I do not know how we could turn on the alarm with a door open. So I called them again and they sent a technician that could not fix the problem. My sister has a video of the door open with the alarm on. After that I moved to another place and did not transfer the alarm because of they were not protecting my family like they should have. they said that the only way I could get out of the contract without paying fees was for them to come to my house 3 times if I had a problem. So put your family in danger 3 TIMES!!! then we will cancel your contract. After I gave my 30 day notice on oct.2, the alarm went off on the new home owners on nov.6. they called me and I told them I did not live there anymore and I had already given my notice, well they transferred me to like 10 different employees to finalize the cancellation, many of them very rude. The last employee said I had 30 days to pay 1000 dollar cancellation fee or they would ruin my credit by sending me to collection. STAY AWAY from them!!!!!
