I am not happy with their customer service at all. I called in yesterday to customer service regarding a promotion they have going on that if you purchase a BBQ you get the BBQ cover for free. I informed the lady that I had purchased a BBQ and cover a week ago and wanted to see if there was anything that could be done or if they could honor the current promotion. She put me on hold to speak to a manager and when she came back on the line she said I would have three days to go in and provide my receipt and they would refund me the money I paid for the BBQ cover. However, I drove all the way up there today and went to customer service and provided my receipt to another lady who then tells me there is nothing they can do and that the lady I spoke with yesterday was probably new and didn't know what she was talking about. When I mentioned the lady spoke with a manager she just shrugged her shoulders and I asked her if she could go talk with the manager and she said that she wouldn't because he would say the same thing that she is. Not impressed that when a customer asks for a manager the store employee thinks its okay to say no.
