  • Personnel on site was rude and late to finish installation. Event began over 90 minutes late as a result of the installation delay. Personnel on the phone attempted to blame my school site for the delay, offered many excuses. (None of the excuses were that the crew was eating breakfast in their truck instead of blowing up equipment, which is what actually happened.) This is the 2nd year that we have worked with A Child's Joy. We will not continue to do this in the future. Absolute fail.
