  • We were set on walking of the store with a washer and dryer when we entered but ended up leaving empty handed and going to lowes. The kid working was fairly knowledgeable at first but as time went on the more questions we had you can tell he really just had a few facts he knew and just repeated. The items that had the only discount worth it were more than a little cosmetic damage, one unit he claimed was a new return, looked inside and the lip around the drum was scraped down and shredded from it not spinning right, after looking at the prices and learning that any Samsung unit from an outlet store carried no warranty and the extra sears ones ran close to 200 per unit we decided to shop elsewhere didn't feel the small discount was worth the risk on any of the units that seemed decent
