  • I am came in due to pelvic pain and Dr. Singh spent about 10 minutes with me. I left feeling unheard. He scheduled an endoscopy, CT Scan, and colonscopy. The CT scan was 3 weeks out and I had to go to the emergency room, which created another bill. The face to face time with him was 15 minutes after all of that (I was asleep for the procedure.) My medical bills were close to $1200.00 out of pocket and I still do not have an answer. After the colonoscopy was completed, I wanted to ask him a question and Dr,Singh dismissed me and told me to make an appointment with the office (another bill.) I also had billing problems as the insurance was billed correctly. I have not made an additional appointment with Dr. Singh as I feel he lacks compassion for his role to help patients. I called the office and asked if I could see a different doctor for a follow-up appointment, they told me it is not office policy to allow patients to change doctors. The Scheduling Manager, Jennifer, escalated switching doctors to the Office Manager who then declined allowing me to switch doctors. I was given the option to see Dr. Singh again or go to Mayo Clinic as they do not allow more then 15 minute appointments. The explanation I got for going to Mayo Clinic was "Mayo Clinic will give you the time to be heard." This is clearly an issue with caring for their patients. It had nothing to do with the my medical problem. So if you are looking for a doctor to rack up your medical bills, who sees you as just a dollar sign, this is your doctor and your clinic. To top it off, while I was waiting to set up my colonoscopy two other patients told me to see a different doctor as they had problems with Dr. Singh as well. I have never been treated so poorly at a clinic and not been given the right to choose my doctor. Its my money, my healthy, and my insurance and I didn't have the right to choose my doctor at this clinic. I am in still in shock at how poorly I was treated.
