****HA! THIS IS A LIE! There are on a couple of the people that work in that office that are nice and who treat the tenants like the humans we are! Other than that, we are spoken to like we are animals, wait, I retract that, they speak to us worse than that! And there is NO COMMUNICATION between the staff whatsoever! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!****

****This is about the only portion that is completely true, other than the "Ideal location!"****

****NEGATIVE!!!!! LIES!!! LIES!! LIES!!! Only a HANDFUL of the apartments come with a washer and dryer, AND they charge an extra $50 for one. They also charge for you to obtain a storage space! If OLD is considered custom carpeting, then I guess that part is true! Window coverings.....OOOOO we actually get BLINDS!!! We MUST be at the HILTON!!!! NOT!!!!!! 9 distinct floor plans huh?!?!?! Interesting, considering all they have are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments!! Not sure how you can have 9 distinct floorplans?!?!!?***

****What is so inviting about poop covered grounds?!?! The people here are so inconsiderate! They will walk their dogs away from THEIR building to have their dog poop near yours! I am not downing anyone that has a pet, because I do, BUT, I take a poop bag with me to pick up behind my puppy!!!! It doesn't take much! And the landscaping...mature?? HOW?!?!?! There are shrubs and trees!!!!****

*****Ok, they do have pools, BUT I have YET to receive a key to get into said pools! When I asked when the pools were going to be opened, they said they don't even want to open them, but since they are part of the community, they guess they would! I asked for a key the day I signed my lease, I asked for a key the last time I was there when it began getting hot...and I am constantly brushed off! A spa?!?!?!!? WHERE?!?!?!!?!? At LVAC?!?! Planet fitness?!?!!? I have YET to see a spa! So that is a LIE! Children's play area......yeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhh except there isn't much to the play area and IF ONLY the children would play there and stop knocking on strangers doors and begging all the time, or being rude and disrespectful....But, it starts at home.....they can't be held responsible for the way the children misbehave and act out.****
I moved here because I felt that it would be a good area to live. It is close to everything. I was under the impression that there was a workout room, only to find that they turned it into a business center. I asked about utilizing the business center to tell people of any upcoming job opportunities and I was told that they do not allow that. So, if it is a BUSINESS CENTER, WHY NOT allow posting of LEGITIMATE JOBS to assist the individuals that are utilizing it for exactly that reason! The majority of the unemployed residents only go in there to utilize the internet and to get on facebook and whatever social site they have access to!
As far as residents go there are some nice people here in spite of the few bad apples, and the way management behaves and treats their tenants. I do like my neighbors. Thankfully, I am in a pretty quiet location in the complex, so I am blessed!
One more thing! They try to evict you for late fees, so don't be late on your rent. and NO!, They can NOT evict you for late fees once you have paid your rent!
If you desire a cheap place to stay, this is better than the weekly's out there, although the apartments do remind me of the makeup of an old fashioned motel or an older type of weekly, this could be the place for you......but it would behoove you to look around for something better!
