  • I needed batteries and a zoom lens for my new camera. I had a meeting downtown this week so took advantage of that to stop in at Henry's. The first guy I encountered at a counter was very friendly. He directed me to the right section. Alvaro in the DSL section took great care of me. I explained that I was a newbie and he was fun and patient with my questions about what I was looking for in a lens. I bought what I wanted and didn't feel any pressure by Alvaro because he wanted to make a sale. I also had him sign me up for some upcoming workshops so I can learn how to use my camera and lenses.
