  • I went in to get a price on an optima and I explained how much I can put down and what my monthly budget is, they were very pushy and I kept telling them I can't do that it's way over my budget.finally after not cracking, they had to bring their very unprofessional sales manager and try to close the deal (remember I was there to get some numbers) after letting him know that I've been looking around and trying to get ideas he gave me an attitude and walked away. I get that they have to make a sale but if you want me to go back or anyone to go back, you don't want to act like a total jackass and make the customer feel uncomfortable and waist their time. So look around, don't fall for the first "deal" that they're offering because they will try all the tricks in the book to make it sound like the best deal ever.
