  • I'm rating this based on Monroeville standards. My husband and I have been residing in Monroeville for about 8 months now and this place has the best Chinese take out around. I refuse to get Chinese take out unless it's from New China House. This place is a little hard to find if you are trying to locate it at night, but it is in that dimly lit strip mall next to a gas station.
