  • Everyone was great. Coty and Matt helped me find the perfect vehicle, Brent explained things very well and financing was a pleasant surprise. I didn't feel pressured into add on's or that I was being cheap for not adding tons of extras (we arean't all millionaires) or that I was treated as if I didn't do any research because come on...we have internet now people. I was treated with respect and kindness the entire transaction was effortless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a sweet ride and have already recommended them to a client. I started with them and shopped around at other buick dealerships and can honestly say they are hands down the best. So save some time and frustration and just buy it at Yates. Seriously.
