We were looking for a fancy restaurant to eat lunch, and stumbled upon Biaggi's. I loved the atmosphere, and our server was extremely nice!
We ordered Bruschetta Classico for appetizers, and it was OK. Nothing special. For my main course I got the Capellini Di Mare, and the noodles were swollen and the pasta was cold. I thought it was only my pasta, but my friend's pasta was also cold. It tasted like they made it yesterday, put it in the fridge, and microwaved it. The food looked pretty and arranged well, but that's about it.
Overall experience was OK.
I would not go out of my way to come back.
