  • My son went today for a back to school haircut and when he came home I couldn't believe what I saw- it looked horrible! The sides were uneven, the hair at the nape of his neck was shaped like an M, not a nice clean line. He had an area of hair on the back of his head that was a good 1/2" longer than the rest of his hair. It seriously was so bad, I can't believe that someone that is supposed to be trained to cut hair did that. I would have had him go back to get it fixed, but quite frankly I was worried it would be even worse so I'm took him to another place instead. They couldn't believe how bad it was. Unfortunately I don't know the stylist's name who did this because I wasn't with him. I've always had good experiences at this location so I was extremely upset and disappointed. Won't ever be going back here.
