  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The owner Brian Beachy and the financial manager Terry Kappes are horrible people! We put a deposit down to fix half of our patio awning after it was torn down from storm damage. They said it would be 6-7 weeks before they could come and do the repairs. In that time a microburst hit our home during another monsoon and caused severe damage to our home. We have been in a hotel for weeks as the flooding has caused so much damage to our roof that our home is now unlivable. When I called sun city awning to get my deposit back, since fixing the patio is now the very least of our worries, they refused to give us our money back since the contract allows them to keep 25% of the total cost. They are crooks and thieves profiting off of people who have already suffered enough loss! They have done zero work and are still refusing to return our money to us! They have horrible reviews on other forums so I advise anyone looking to get work done to do their research and go elsewhere.
