  • 1. Not luxury 2. Lived here in 2011 3. Left because my apartment ceiling collapsed- the neighbors upstairs had a hot water leak that flooded their apartment down into mine. 4. The actual office kind of tried to be helpful with other things: feral cats, 2 other sewage floods in my apartment (think mushy carpet & sewage smell ) -- someone peaking in windows etc etc. But the management company was a scam artist. They kept telling us it was our fault we didn't have renters insurance when we had sewage leaks and then our CEILING caved in. Instead of owning up to crappy apartments. I also never felt safe there as neighbors stayed up partying all night long- and some video gamer could be heard constantly through the paper thin walls. Feral cats, roaches and window peepers too. Worst place ever.
