  • There's usually a wait and they're almost always understaffed.. yes. But the food has been consistently good every time I've gone, and staff has always been super friendly and apologetic when they're clearly stressed/busy. The drive thru is always a little slower, in my opinion so if you're in a rush, go inside or call ahead.
