  • My family and I have been to this particular Steak & Shake several times over the past 10+ years...mediocre service was the norm. The past 2 times I have gone through the drive through, I have received the most accurate and friendly service! The gentle mans name is Michael and he is awesome! He is quick and efficient and super friendly! Steak & Shake, you should hire Michael to do your training!
