| - Everyone should experience this playground. Pools, games, food, and drinks... Give me more please.
First off, you'll need a Cosmopolitan room key to enter. Once admitted, you begin your journey across a number of pools, hot tub, and pool chairs / beds / cabanas. There's plenty of areas to catch sun if that's what you came for. There's also areas to relax as has a two-story level for those that want to be away from the action. Unlike most Vegas pools, there's also a huge covered hot tub. This neighbors another smaller pooler that has games such as XBox consoles, foosball tables, and a pool table. You'll find plenty of good talent here as well (considering the crowd that stays at The Cosmopolitan). All of this while a DJ plays a good mix of top 40, hip-hop, and EDM music in the background.
If you're hungry or thirsty, you have your choice or options whether it's the in-house restaurant or the Neopolitan Bar (alcohol infused drinks and frozen desserts). I've only tried the mixed specialty shakes here and it was on par with what I expected in price ($15 for a drink). However, refreshing and satisfying in taste.
This is by far one of my favorite pools in Vegas... even in comparison to the party pools and day clubs. As a tip, come here on Monday nights and enjoy their dive-in movie series where they play movie classics on their big screen.
