  • Time to find a new barber. The wait times are getting ridiculously long. That's sign of poor staffing. Their already excessive sign-in system is getting buggy and harder to use. The system still asks for a lot more info than they need. And the barber who speaks to all the customers as if they're 4 years old still works there. It's just not worth it any more.
