  • It's 11:49 p.m. and our tech just left. I called and was greeted by a very friendly lady who took mercy on me when I had no idea what I even needed service for while my husband tried three other places. She walked me through my problem and estimated a 2 to 3 hour wait. They got there in the hour. Alex came to our rescue and Edmond finished the job. They were both very friendly and professional in a comfortable way. The total came to far less than I thought and I'm so thankful for the techs, call service, and overall business. I'd definitely call on them again.
