  • HEY! What do you know. After 5 trips down there. About 50 phone calls and just shy of 4 months, they FINALLY replaced a wheel cap that they had lost. GREAT ACCOUNTABILITY GUYS! (....dripping with sarcasm). Definitely NEVER going to ANY Chapman establishment ever again, solely because of the experience at this one.
