  • Wish I could give 0 stars. We put together numbers on a new truck and then they ran my credit. I asked them if they could match an interest rate another dealer had offered us and they guaranteed it. We drove ten hours to find out they had another $1k of hidden options not mentioned and our interest rate was gonna be 8.9 instead of the 5.5 that was guaranteed. They kept telling us that the other dealer is lying and there is no way possible, they expected us to just sign since we drove so far but we walked out instead. This dealer charges you a higher interest rate and gets compensated by bank for doing so. A week later we drove back to the area and bought the truck we wanted at the price we wanted with the interest rate we wanted with no surprises from Earnhardt Dodge.. Stay away from this dealer unless you like hidden costs, higher interest rates and people making you feel like a liar with bad credit..
