  • I took my 2000 Monte Carlo here this morning(4/19/18). I have personalized Police Plates on my car. From the moment I arrived here, I was besieged by salesman for headlight repair, glass repair, detailing, all of which i refused. When my car arrived in the drying area, all of my personal items were rearranged and the plastic switch cover over my hazard light was missing. I reported it to the manager. They tried to blame the vacuum girl, but I saw it was till there when it went around the corner to enter the wash area. It disappeared in the hand drying area, which consisted of 2 guys and 1 girl. Nobody saw anything of course! Even the receipt for for my car had a different license than mine(I believe this was to cover their tracks!) I will not return here. I don't like having parts stolen off my car. Steer clear of this place at all costs!!! Thieves!!!
