  • If there was an option for no star, I'd use it!! So what kind of deal is this? First they want you to pay $10 for each jumbo box with a promise it will be replaced for free when you send one. Found out the replacement box is not the same size, this time smaller and shipment fee is the same? What a catch, their reason-- they don't have that size anymore!Smaller box, the same shipment price..you better think about this before you send one! It's supposed to cost less shipping for a smaller box...right??
