Being a hospitality veteren I hardly write reviews because I feel like I'm always too harsh and seeing as the servers don't know, I feel it's unfair.
But I ordered a americano and asked for cream, when I walked away from the counter I saw them put milk in tiny glass jar. When I received it at my table I received the tiny jar of milk instead of cream and a glass jar of a tiny tiny bit of brown sugar.
I had to back to the counter and ask for more. I also gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe they were doing a minimal waste not type thing so I asked if they only gave a small amount so it didn't go to waste. The server gave me a good enough reply saying he just came in and still sorting things out etc which as a server is totally cool but then the other server produced another jar of sugar immediately. weird. I still don't understand why any server would give a customer a few granules of sugar and think it was OK.
At one point later in the evening when it had all off a sudden gotten busy, I left to use the bathroom and then came back to find all the chairs at my table missing but my stuff still there. I decided to leave.
