  • Decided to give this place another try but still no good. She kept rushing through everything. Very disappointed yet again. Please be careful! I've been coming here for 5 years and out of my way but will not return. I've never had all these cuts from threading before. One or 2 is okay but this is unacceptable!! And maybe the reception was having a bad day as well. She told me I was next since I didn't have a preference (never had an issue so I always take whoever is next available). I was not next but 2nd. Whatever. I already come out of my way to get threaded I'm not going to leave because of that. They give my daughter chocolate and it's sticky so we head to the back to wash her hands. The receptionist yells after us telling us there isn't a restroom. I told her that's interesting there use to be one back there. She offered no remedy as to where we can go and offered no tissues nor hand sanitizer. I doubt they took out their pluming. She should have said the restroom is not for PAYING customers. The actual threading was fine. When I paid I showed her the yelp deal and she said she can take it because it's not printed and also that I need to buy it. I said it's already bought hence that's why the deal showed up under my deals to use and that's funny because right here it says "I can show my phone"!!! How do you look at the deal and not even read that part and you're the cashier you should know what your business offers. Ugh!!! Worse experience ever. Will not be wasting my time driving 25 mins each way to be offered subpar service and still in pain and bleeding from the threading. Save your time. There's plenty of threading places in Las Vegas.
