  • Horrible. The worst ever. They enforce what they want but even with visual proof they won't enforce things against others. It's all about who is on the board and the competence of the manager. My particular manager was vindictive and awful, constantly finding an issue on my property like one dead plant in the front yard that was maintained by the association or a missing plant. I don't even notice when ONE plant is missing and this person drives around every month to see if I have a missing plant? Seriously? Oh and it states in the CC&Rs that the board is responsible to replace those plants and maintain those plants- that's why they send a gardener and they refused to honor what was in the CC&Rs. I have a hard time dealing with people who can't follow legal documents and are in positions to harass homeowners. I literally sold my house just to get away from Camco. I made enough to buy a new car on my profits which was great but the best part of all is not having to deal with the people at Camco. I might have kept the house had there been a different association managing it- I just can't deal with stupid.
