  • This was a negative experience all the way around. The only reason for the 2 stars is because today was the start of restaurant week in Charlotte. We arrived a little before 8 and Had a good experience finding a seat in the bar area...and that was about it. The server took out order relatively fast but I think they went to raise the cattle after that! Took an hour and a half to get our food and my dinner was cold! I didn't date day anything because I was so hungry at that point I didn't want to wait another hour for my food! The parts of the beef that were warm were tasty but for an over priced piece of beef it really wasn't worth it. The server messed up on our checks and added the misc foods on my check. Save yourself the money -I've had better steak at Texas Road House. I won't go back.
