  • I ordered a custom pool table, for my Las Vegas home, not knowing that the installation wasn't included. Immediately contacted On Cue Billiards and spoke to Kevin. I knew from the start, from our conversation, that he was the guy for the job. He's so friendly, professional and quoted over the phone. I explained that the pool table was in the garage and needed to be brought upstairs. He assured me that wouldn't be a problem and didn't charge extra to move it upstairs. I scheduled my appointment and to my surprise these guys were on time and called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Quinton and Josh went to work and were so professional and friendly. They took their time assembling the pool table. They didn't want to take my payment until I was satisfied with the job. These gentlemen are honest and reliable! I'm SO HAPPY with their customer service! If you ever buy anything that needs to be assembled- CALL KEVIN! This company has GREAT YELP reviews because they value their customers and takes pride at what they do. Thank you- KEVIN, QUINTON AND JOSH!!!! I know who to call if I ever need someone to assemble furniture for me!
